Afghan president's advisor arrives in India, says all ministers left Kabul

R. Ahmadzai, an advisor to Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on public health affairs, arrived in Delhi as the Taliban took over the Afghan capital of Kabul. He said that all political leaders in the country like ministers and advisors had fled the capital after Taliban arrived to take control. He added that he didn't know where President Ghani was.
